My goal and passion is to be able to nurture and develop exceptional young people aged between 6-15 using performing arts as vehicle to bring out their full potential. It is my belief that every young person possesses a unique talent which is the essence of who they are, and contains their own innate personality. Young people need an outlet - controlled or spontaneous - to explore their creative fuel and exuberance and performing arts is the perfect facilitator. If you have more than one child in your family, then you will most assuredly recognize just how different one child is from another. By implementing performing arts into a structured and conducive environment, young people will be able to put into practice and exercise these skills and discover the importance of how these talents can benefit their development in an incredible way. Social and communicative skills, confidence building, public speaking and etiquette go hand in hand when achieving excellent results in your child. These facets give children a renewed sense of self-esteem thus allowing them to not just survive but THRIVE in any and every situation! Being a tiny cog in the wheel of positivity is one of my passions, especially when touching the lives of our young people in such a way which gives them the essential fuel that allows their development to blossom, shine and stand them in good stead for the future. |

In whatever characteristics your youngster possess, it is vitally important that your child is fully equipped with the necessary “toolbox” as they make their important and life-changing tiers of transition from childhood to adolescent and then onto adulthood.
With regards to homeschool environments, there may be times when children may not have the opportunity to be adequately socialized or involved in group or extracurricular enrichment activities. If we delve back a few decades, we can remember that we were all young once and possessed a myriad of gifts, talents and “flair” which gave us infinite desires, possibilities, happiness and dreams for tomorrows. However, chances are, as we became older and entered the “real world”, the majority of us, unconsciously, put these “childish things” away which were never touched upon again. Well, I believe every child should have the opportunity to have the necessary utensils, socialization skills and access to enable them to have control, determination and discipline in their lives. These important life-skills will allow them to experience fulfillment, accomplishment, confidence and the realization of the "Wonders of the World" and the amazing gateways that it has to offer! |

So, over my 28 years as a vocal and performing arts coach working in the UK and America, I am always amazed at the work produced when using a young person's singing, dramatic, musical and creative writing capabilities to harness and unlock INCREDIBLE POTENTIAL! Whether the program is in the capacity of a one-to-one session, workshop environment, for vocational or simply to build confidence, youngsters will have the ability to release their natural and inner gifts and benefit from the experience. As their capabilities, confidence and understanding steadily evolve, they will metamorphoisis into strong, self-assured, fully socialized, immersed and confident young leaders for a future generation who will have the boldness, tenacity, intelligence and zeal to reach and surpass their every goal and aspiration! |

We all know that being a youngster is no joke, especially during the times that we are currently living in where there is so much outside stimuli - be it negative or positive - on internet, TV, radio, social media,
which can sometimes produce a level of peer pressure and blurred lines between what is right and what is wrong.
Life skills play a major part in your child’s development. We know that these aspects of modern day life,
if not monitored correctly, can have a detrimental influence on your child’s perception and may warp their personality, overall outlook on the outside world, or their character traits forever.
The terrain can be truly rocky and treacherous to navigate, and you will have to make every effort to equip your youngster with an inner compass that will be able to detect potentially dangerous situations. By using sound intellect and communication skills, judgment and competence, they will be able to make the
right and informed decisions to guide them through their particular territory.

As I mentioned earlier, there is such an immense pressure on young people these days of all ages to conform to be like all their other peers.
Youngsters are still very much discovering the world around them, how to navigate, maneuver and make the right decisions. So, each time they have an interaction with another individual, their cause, response and effects can be very significant.
The development and institution of strong social and communicative skills are of the utmost importance when assisting with the blossoming growth of a young person.
By using singing, dancing, drama, acting, creative writing and musicianship, I believe it allows our young, impressionable minds to recognize, express and appreciate their talents and gifts in a positive way which,
in return, gives them confidence, acceptance and a sense of worthiness.
As our young people continue to grow, learn, master and adapt the fundamental life skills,
they will continue the process of acquiring their own unique and personable identity, values, behavior
and social skills which will be appropriate to their individual circumstance or situation.
